Came here for a same day surgery for my son to grab a small bite to eat. Was pretty impressed with the quality of food and pricing. Food was very decent for hospital food.

Wonderful cafeteria for those in need of food at WakeMed. While the food is good, the service is even better. Late in the night, while staying at the hospital, my wife and I needed something to eat and were met with amazing hospitality by Angela at the Boars Head counter. Even at such a late hour of the night, Angela was so sweet and happy to help. Her bright smile and positive attitude really made my night. Thanks for having such wonderful staff, WakeMed!

The self serve bar always has something very tasty, today was Grilled Chicken Greek Salad! The WakeMed makes are really great for the outstanding price! I have no complaints about the food here, always something good and decently healthy to eat!

I haven't been to many in-hospital cafeterias before but I've eaten here a number of times while visiting my girlfriend who had several surgeries. Cafe' 3000 rocks! They serve pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, fresh baked pastries, ice creams, Italian ices, and even full course meals. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend Cafe 3000!

Someone in the family is always admitted for one reason or another... the Pepsi in the bottle is to die for, highly recommend... perfectly chilled and ready to consume. Also the packaged treats from major vendors are a home run. As for anything else prepared at this cafe, I have no clue...it's a hospital...how good or bad can it be. It is what it is.
